A: We are a manufacturer and have our factory. Our factory is located in Xingyang City, Henan Province.

A: We mainly produce and export UV flatbed printers, UV DTF printers, and DTF printers.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our machine supports the payment of a 30/50% deposit, and the balance payment is paid before delivery

Q: What quote do you offer?

A: FOB, DDT, and others can be provided according to your needs.  

Q: Do you provide after-sales service?

A: Of course. We offer 12 months of warranty service (excluding print heads). During the warranty period, if accessories are damaged, we will send you it for free. Professional engineers instruct you to operate and install printers.

Q: Can I customize image patterns?

A: Yes. We support customized image patterns. You can choose image patterns and send us a sample. We will meet your needs.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: 3-5 weekdays. It mainly depends on the order quantity.

Q: Besides printers, do you offer consumables?

A: Certainly. We also offer consumables such as UV inks, PET films, print heads, etc.
